(March 6, 2019, 5:28 pm)I've lived in the TN Brewery for 3 months now and it's the best apartment I've had the chance to live in! The staff is helpful and responsive, the area is centrally located, and a new theater is opening down the street!
The Good:
The architecture of the old building
The brand new gym in the courtyard
Access to Tom Lee Park during Memphis in May :)
The Bad:
Honestly nothing to note so far

(March 6, 2019, 11:38 am)Just finished out my first year as a resident at The Tennessee Brewery, and I must say that my time here so far has been nothing short of phenomenal! The office staff, Sarah Beth and Bre have made my experience here worry free. They’re always one call away to assist me when I have questions about anything, and make sure that our environment is safe. They also host fun filled events for the residents every month. With that being said I love living at the Brewery!

The Tennessee Brewery offers the perfect mix of character and amenities, and if you're lucky enough to have a river or city view, you'll find yourself wanting to have happy hour at home!
(April 23, 2018, 7:35 am)I could not be happier with my decision to live here. I have consistently bugged the ladies in the office since the day I moved in, and they have handled each request efficiently and with a smile.
The apartment itself is built extremely well. With the unit being new construction, I expected to find many issues right off the bat, but it's been the exact opposite. I toured many apartments throughout Memphis, and I am 100% satisfied with my choice to live at The Tennessee Brewery.

(January 5, 2018, 7:08 pm)A fantastic new development with amazing views of the river and city skyline. The units vary depending on size due to previously existing supporting structures. The ceilings are high and natural. This week place is close to Beale Street and the new Malco movie theater.
