(August 12, 2020, 7:56 pm)Today's experience was the first time I tried a Happy Hippie vegetable thin crust pizza. The rainbow of colors ingredients were fresh. Let's start from the bottom up. The tomato sauce was the right amount to pizza ratio. The gooey cheese was a nice glue. The green spinach, mild black olives, cubed white onions, cubed green bell peppers , circle tomatoes, and topped with delicious, wonderfully cooked artichokes. The cashier was kind with a friendly voice heard through the face mask to help limit the spread of Covid-19.
