I had a horrible morning and was late for my appointment. I called the store and they were so understanding. The ladies were great. Sydney was really helpful with helping me know all my options. She made me feel valued.

What excellent customer service! The young man who assisted me understood the inventory in the shop and patiently helped me navigate the many choices and explained the pros and cons of the various selections . He couldn’t have been kinder had he been my own son . He was most professional and managed to turn shopping for glasses a very pleasant experience.

The service was prompt. The employee was very helpful and took care of my husband and I immediately after entering the store.

This was Such an Awesome Amazing Experience for me. From the phone conversation to when I showed up at the front door.The front desk was prompt, accurate, Super Friendly. The doctor/Examiners were top-notch Friendly, very helpful and informative. The Guy was Great and helpful with helping me pick glasses that fit me 🥰🥰🥰🥰❣️❣️❣️Am really glad I went. ❣️❣️❣️❣️
