I was there for lunch. It was a bit expensive for what it was. I walked around the grounds. It would make for a nice wedding.

At Cedar Hall's Ivy Tea Room for a luncheon today - which is always fun. As a celiac, I can't have gluten-containing food but they always accommodate me adequately - although I think they could work a bit harder on the gf dessert options as the sorbet is fine but gets a little old if you go to the Tea Room more than once in a while. The setting is the best thing about it though. Grounds are lovely, and the house itself has dining rooms that make me feel like I'm in my grandmother's day - high ceilings, antiques, and art from another era. It is worth the drive to Bartlett!

Today my daughter got married at this venue. It was beautiful. The Venue is very lovely. Its staff very accommodating.
