I had to take my kitty here to get up to date vaccines. . . Normally they take walk-ins, but with the pandemic, they've stopped. However, they got me in the next morning without issue. . . Their parking lot is set up such that you pull into a spot, call the check in number, and tell them which spot you are in. . They promptly come get the patient, take them inside, and do what they need to do. It was very quick and easy. They also discovered my kitty had an ear infection and advised me on what to do (in this case, medicine). .. They texted me in the two weeks when it was time to bring her back in and have her checked on. . . Such a great experience!

Had a bad experience at the Cordova location. Bartlett location helped with no problem. Very kind and helpful! Made me feel like they cared about my pup and I wasn't inconveniencing them. I will definitely be back!!

Take all 3 of my babies here. They are always quick, reasonably priced, and super sweet. My babies wag their tails when the vet techs come to the car to get them!
