I have been servicing my Toyotas at Pappas for about 10 years. They have consistently done great work.
I had a minor accident and reached out to the collision department at Pappas Toyota. I was treated with respect and kindness. Rob made sure I understood what needed to be done and worked very efficiently to get the work done professionally. I would never go anywhere else. Rob C. is a super employee and Pappas is lucky to have him. All the people there are great to work with from the greeters, sales, technicians, cashier and managers. Since my car was on site they did an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to everyone!!!
My car is beautiful!! Just like new. The collision department always answered my questions promptly and accurately.
My 2012 Rav4 was repaired for massive paint peeling. The job was professionally performed although too much time was required to arrange paperwork and permission from Toyota before the work could begin. Rob Callahan pushed the process through and kept me informed every step of the way.
Good overall experience. Easy to work with and communicative. Price was reasonable and below initial estimate. Small issue with forgetting to fix a minor scrape but was quickly corrected by Rob. Would absolutely recommend.
