(December 21, 2020, 7:26 am)The clerk that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable & courteous. We were treated with the utmost respect. The young lady even behind a mask was kind. Now the first clerk at the entrance needs manners. I know she's probably efficient but she probably hadn't read or even seen the TN drivers bureau website in awhile. Being "picked" apart because we chose "Real ID" category for our appointment.
