“Very rarely do I leave reviews. However, I have to share the experience that I had with one of the PFS employees. I was working late and I found a load for a driver on the load board and I called to book it. Since it was so late I hung up when I didn't get a quick answer. I didn’t even wait for voice mail to pick up. Shortly after I hung up, my phone rang. The caller introduced himself as Will Brown with PFS saying that he was returning a missed call. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I got the information from him and booked the load. Perfect!! Then my driver had a mechanical issue and I had to cancel the load (within about 10 minutes of receiving the ratecon). I called Will and told him what happened. Explaining the situation to Will, I found him to be very positive, friendly, and understanding. His positive attitude, knowledge and professionalism were very appreciated after the day that I’d had. I will be calling Will again to book more loads. Thanks Will! I look forward to working with you in the future!”
