Communication is the key to any successful business, and they got it down perfectly. They were on top of the communication with me clearly and concisely to express their job and procedure, and they were always met with understanding and care. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood not only their job and procedure. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated team.

2nd:
I had my first treatment done for excessive sweating in the armpits area. The nurse (Diana) who gave me the treatment was absolutely a professional. She went out of her way to make me comfortable, gave me information about what she was doing while she was working on me, and made me feel very comfortable. As we have known each other for a long time. She/they followed up after the treatment. All in all, the staff is amazing. I can't say enough about my first experience.
