I simply love the way they cleaned my carpet. I have had to use them a few times and each time was GREAT ! I had a to get a wet vac because my sewage backed up into my unit. My carpet was cleaned and sanitized beyond my imagination. The name simply speaks for it self. Expect EXCEPTIONAL services every time.
Professional Carpet Systems did a great job cleaning all the areas of carpet inside our home. Carpet looked new again and quick drying time for our carpet was a plus. The carpet technicians were professional and courteous and more than met all our expectations. We definitely recommend Professional Carpet Systems to everyone.
I use Curtis and Tracy for both the business I work for and my own home. Pricing is competitive and fair and the work is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable, when I am told that they can save the carpet--they can and do. When they tell me that paying them to clean will not salvage the carpet--their honesty benefits me. Best carpet vendor ever!
I know I'm late but I had my carpet clean last week. When I moved in the apartment complex stated that my carpet had been clean but I knew better than that because it had a odor. However, PCS did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. Not only are they professional, they're affordable, and they came out at the last minute. Houston was great, my carpet look brand new, and the odor was gone. It's been over a week and my house still smell like my carpet has been freshly clean. I think it was only fair that I called in to give my positive feedback on the great services Houston provided and I've also recommended PCS to family and workers. I wish I knew how to post before and after pics but I hope this comment is well worth it. Thanks again 😊
Curtis is his staff are awesome!!! The job they did on our home was great. We rented our home out to a family who did not maintain the carpet and flooring. Curtis reviewed the carpet and gave me honest opinions and solid recommendations. He was not trying to make a quick buck! If he did not think he could get the job done he said. He delivered! Job Well Done. Great Customer Service.
