TRAC1 TOWING LLC

I had to call with a really crazy request. They were able to help me without any problems. If I'm ever in the area I would feel good about this company towing my car.

I highly recommend TRAC1 Towing. My vehicle became completely inoperable 40 miles away from my home. I contacted my insurance company for roadside service and less than 15 minutes later LaDarious, the TRAC1 Towing operator called and gave his ETA to my location. Upon on arrival, he briefed me on his experience and assured me that he would get my vehicle to the shop I wanted it to go to. After a morning of frustration and missing work, his manners, concern, and professionalism really impressed me and far exceeded my expectations. One hour later, my vehicle was delivered to the location 40 miles away. Thanks again LaDarious.

Lost my car key and needed a tow at 3am in the morning during the heavy snow, ice and dangerous road conditions. I called 3 companies and they all had excuses or
had no availability.

I called this company. The dispatch guy Jeremy was really nice and accomodating . He worked my car in to be picked up next and the driver called me and let me know that he was in route.

My experience on 02/21/21 was absolutely done with good timing, for an Affordable price and by a professional company and an experienced driver.

Chris was awesome. He was right on time. He smile and laugh all while putting my car on the tow bed. Great guy with a friendly face. Its nice too have tow drivers that's make u feel at ease of making sure your car is going too the shop. Awesome 👌.....job...keep up the great work..I would definitely recommend..Chris as the driver..
