(June 26, 2020, 4:25 pm)Well, I have upped my rating to Five Stars for Mr. Ian Williams....He just dropped off my second shipment and it was night and day from yesterday!!! He was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and wanted to help!!! A very present surprise from yesterday...Thank you Mr. Williams...Truck driver couldn’t locate us...which is understandable...folks get lost, but I was paying helpers to unload & he showed up at 4:20 PM & got his dispatcher on the phone...she wanted to talk to me...extremely rude! Told me I had 20 minutes to get my freight off her drivers truck...he had other places to be....there was 1 other box on his truck...1! I hope I never have to use UPSFreight out of Memphis again...I’ll go pick up my own load.
