(December 5, 2021, 9:41 am)I was initially terrified about this stay after reading most reviews; however, after checking in I was relieved they had been exaggerated. Yes, it is an older property. That being said the room was clean, heater worked just fine and there were no issues with the bathroom. The staff was very kind and were able to help me in every way possible. The only "bad thing" would be the location, but there was security doing regular sweeps of the parking lot which was very comforting. The staff had also told me that the property was going to go under renovation fairly soon. All in all, great stay I would definitely recommend based on my stay.
(October 17, 2021, 11:03 am)The hotel itself was clean and nice, probably 4.5 stars. It was the exceptional service from Pete at the front task that inspired my 5 star review. We travel a lot and seldom experience such genuinely friendly and helpful service! We were impressed and would definitely stay here again for this reason!
