The rv park is a little bit of a disappointment. But the nice gentleman who checked us in was refreshing and pleasant. When we went to pay for our stay, later because the computer was down, I was seriously let down by their policies. I needed to leave after one night (due to family emergency), there is no late checkout even for people with a tour)??!! Seriously? The pool was closed, there are few trees. which means less shade..
We were planning on seeing Graceland so the location was perfect, we'd heard mixed reviews about the part of town and the safety, but they had a guard at the entrance and the campground was fenced in. Aside from the humid conditions it was a great stay. The grounds are about what you'd expect for a campground. All the employees were super friendly.
We stayed here with 3 kids and a dog. The people in the office were really friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking across the parking lot to Graceland. The added fun of having a clean pool to cool off in as well as a clean picnic area to eat at while listening to The King himself made this the perfect place for us to stay!
What a great place to stay, your vehicle can range from big rigs to minivans. We paid for primitive camping (no electrical or water hookups) as our minivan is self contained w solar power. We still get free showers, restrooms, washer dryers, picnic table, and the safety of a secure night. Easily worth the price vs. trying to stealth camp. Natasha, who checked us in, is one of the most friendly persons I've ever met. Kudos to her for making me and my wife feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and you can walk to Graceland as it's right across the street. Free WIFI also.
We enjoyed our stay in Graceland RV Park. It is within walking distance to the Graceland Museums and ticket area. With the exception of the power outage for a short period of time, the place is very nice. The staff are quite polite and helpful. The security at the entrance was always waving with a smile. The shower rooms are clean. And the Racoons were our evening entertainment. The hotel across the street has an excellent restaurant and our CG parking pass allowed us to park in the museum parking lot even though if you like to walk 🚶♂️🚶♀️ you can just walk from the CG to the Museums and ticket area through a small gate. The CG made our visit to Graceland very enjoyable.
