  During my move from Indiana to TN my agent guided me through the different change and options recommending items needed or not needed. and the cost was actually cheaper for better coverage. I thank God we had total loss vehicle coverage and tornado coverage with alternative living expenses.

  I have worked with Karlette Mayo for over 30 years now, and now with Larry Maynard, who is a really, really good man. This team is fantastic and they will take great care of you. You can't go wrong here.

  They do not shove insurance at you all the time. They tell you what they have and recommend. Then leave you to make a decision based on you ability and needs. I appreciate that in these days and times.

  I use Larry Maynard for all of my vehicle and home insurance needs. Have always had great service and his entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful anytime I have an issue. Would recommend his agency to anyone needing insurance.

  So I come to this airport restaurant every time I fly out or into Memphis. The two lady bartender/waitresses are AMAZING! They were very busy this Monday due to flight delays/weather and so food and service was delayed slightly. But....I feel that it is the manager that is lacking (particularly the manager named Mike)...as while this was all transpiring...I did not lift a finger to help the one waitress responsible for the entire place. He instead enjoyed his big salad while watching the poor lady try to manage everything. Unacceptable. I will continue visiting this restaurant when I pass thru the airport because I feel that it is NOT the fault of the staff...but of the management. Needs to to fixed ASAP as customers were upset because of the service.

  We had the opportunity to eat here twice in the past two weeks. The corned beef sandwich and fries were very good. One server (Cindy Pittman) took care of the entire restaurant. She was efficient, extremely gracious and seemed to handle it all with ease. We were dealing with a four hour flight delay, so we had plenty of time to enjoy the pleasant , quiet surroundings.
