VAF is a family environment! Not to big or small. Perfect for that personal connection. I love the consistency and observations of my strengths and challenges. I don’t have to wonder if my trainer is going to show up or not! That’s huge for me because my time is valuable and I need the accountability!

Fitness coach Ezell who is the owner He is very knowledgeable of your needs and goals. Ezell also cares about you it’s not just about the workouts it’s about your well being. You can work at your own Pace..VAF also offer custom meal prep plans for you as well to help with your eating goals . Which is something that I really enjoy doing I have been doing meal prep going on two years now . The gym is like family the other trainers are very great and fun as well. I have made great friends here as well. I’m very proud of being apart of the VAF family

I've been working out at this gym for over a year. I am a pretty private individual, but this gym makes me feel like family. All of the trainers are great and compliment one another. I would recommend individuals of all training levels to come try this gym out.

This personal training gym is awesome. Everyone including the clients make you feel like one big family. I always look forward to going and Coach P is awesome. She’ll work with you and she’s flexible with times. Couldn’t ask for a better gym family!
