“If there was an option for 10 stars, I’d give it. My family is visiting on vacation and the tire on my dads wheelchair blew. We called about 15 bike shops, medical supply stores, sport stores, etc. Everyone was very kind but most weren’t super helpful (it’s a weird situation so we understand), and we weren’t sure what to do next because my dad can’t get around without his wheelchair. Mel, the owner, spent the time to find an out-of-the-box solution, fix/replace the tires, and even did a little tune up on the wheelchair. Mel and his wife were so kind and were such life-savers today. The trip we’re on is very sentimental to our family and without Mel, we wouldn’t have been able to finish it out. I wish there was more we could say besides thank you, but hopefully this review helps in some small way.”
