“This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area as of 2022 and it’s functional. Operations can be slightly slower during peak hours but that’s less surprising at Starbucks locations that also have drive-throughs. Outdoor seating area is neat and usable. Indoor vibe is chill. Their Spotify playlist is quite good and not very loud. Coffee and pastries are standard quality. Plenty of parking next to the Starbucks. A couple of lanes for drive-through that doesn’t block the right lane of the road. Starbucks merch. is also available. Overall, one of the top 5 locations in Memphis.”

“I can't vouch for the quality of their cars, or the car buying process, but I can tell you that I sold a car there recently, and it was very quick and painless. As for their costumer service, I cannot say enough good things about Stan and his associates. I had a long saga with my van. Turnover at the dealership, some crises at home, etc. Stan went above and beyond in storing my van during the delays and helping me get it repaired in a way that would save me a lot of money. Even so far as having his associate switch out the faulty wheels, and driving it over to the tire shop for me! In this day and age, finding that kind of patience and kindness in business is rare, and I am extremely grateful.”

“A chic, and hip coffee place to spend time. I took out my morning coffee and bagel. But next time I’m gonna chill here with my laptop. They have plenty of seats both inside and outside. They have a cute hippie themed gift shop as well. Their menu looks good. The coffee was great. Mocha is not good everywhere, but here they get it right. They took a little long time to toast a bagel. However, the jalapeño cheddar bagel was fine. Overall, I can’t wait to go back. Google map says, that they are open until 8 pm, which is not true. They close at 3 pm.”

“Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”
