Southern Meadows Mobile Home Community

We LOVE Southern Meadows! The new property management company has made a lot of much needed improvements and they are continuing their efforts to make the community a better place! The property manager is amazing! Always helpful when I call or stop by! I love the improvements made thus far and can't wait to see what is to come!

I had very little to say about this place that wasn't scathing until new ownership & new management took effect. Now we have owners who are actively improving the place. We have a park manager who is an experienced business person & a conscientious professional. I certainly recommend living here.

My boys and I moved here 2 years ago. Love the location but previous owner weren’t very professional. We have new owners SG Communities and Marisa our new manager, very excited about improvements and changes to come. Marisa has been so attentive to the neighborhood and it’s needs since she’s been in charge. She really cares about everyone here and it shows.

Thank God the property is under new management. The last 2 managers were horrific (India). I had to call not only her boss but her bosses boss to get things done. It got so bad that I was going to call a meeting with all residents to have India fired. And start a petition with the residents on how bad India ran this park. But with Marisa I make one phone call and it's done. Marisa went above and beyond to help me buy my home. While India dragged her feet. Thanks to Marisa this place has done a complete turn around. Chad is the best at maintenance there is anywhere.

Marissa works with you trying to get you in a place to the best of her ability. Very courteous and pleasant to work with.
