I've had storage units at the 1205 Wells Branch Pkwy. in Pflugerville for a little over a year and have experienced outstanding customer service. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.

I had rented the wrong unit but the staff were very helpful and friendly. RO and KATHY were determined to get me a refund for the unit I purchased and get me into a unit that fit my needs. I really appreciate their help if y’all ever rent at BeeSafe talk to Ro and Kathy‼️

I like the setup step, good easy. The staff is friendly, The location is clean, I was explained all the rules and policies,easy to close the account.
