“Unlike most banks, FECA looks at "banking" differently. They're not out to hoard your money or collect fees. Their business model is to provide financing solutions for their members. Since they only serve FedEx employees, they understand the culture, the jobs, and the financial situations for those who work at all divisionsns of FedEx. The people are friendly and they usually try to go out of their way to help their members. If there's a downside, its that there are few branches. (Most are located near FedEx facilities, so easy to hit on way from work.) This makes using their online access and mobile app a must. Their new mobile app (10/2021) is awesome! Except for depositing cash, you can finally do almost everything you previously needed to go to branch to do! It puts the closest branch in your pocket!”

“I called this location to see if they sold American Express travelers checks, since my bank doesn't. The fee was only 1% and there was no extra charge for me - as a non-account holder - to purchase them. I had previously called another chain to request travelers checks and they only offered the service to account holders. Also, the teller knew exactly how to have me fill out the paperwork and gave me tips for redeeming the checks. She knew what she was doing and in this modern age of casualness and inefficiency, I so appreciated the knowledge and professionalism displayed. If I ever need a new bank, BankTennessee will be a top contender.”

The only gripe i have is the air pump not working and eating my 2$ last week and leaving me with less air in my tires lol..5 stars to try and balance out all the negative nancy’s it’s a gas station for Christ’s sake chill out.
