First off in the years I've been with them, they say they have never gotten a fax from my doctor authorizing a medication. I have even sent this myself to the number given and they say they don't get it. I get messages saying scripts are ready, they are not. Physician office states they called in a med, Walgreens says the did not get it. Come to find out, Walgreens did not check the voicemail where scripts are left. Have tried to call twice and am placed on hold for 14 min the first time and about 10min the second time (I watched the timer on my phone). While I was there, there was a gentleman about to lose his head over the same issues. And Walgreens staff cannot answer any questions as to why.”
