“Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

I was looking for a good beginner table and went into there showroom just looking for info on different tables and what to look for if I where to buy a used table. The salesman said that they didn’t have any used tables at the time but they where going to get a used table that afternoon and would send me pictures. “My wife decided she wanted a complete upgrade of two bathrooms in our house in Cordova. After checking around we decided on Source One Construction for the project. We were convinced from our first meeting with Jeff that he had the background, the skills and the vision to lay out what we wanted and do it all in layman’s terms that we could easily understand. He listened to our “want list” and transformed that into a complete layout of what they would do - how they would do it - how long it would take - and how much it would cost. He transferred his complete confidence of what he would do and how he would do it over to us - and we put down a deposit and proceeded. Jeff took charge of the project and while he had various skilled crews come in for various aspects of the project - he was actually a very hands-on person. After the first week it felt like a member of the family coming over every day. Jeff ensured that everything was done professionally and to code. He ensured the work site was cleaned at the end of each day. Jeff was attentive to every detail of the entire project - no matter how small the detail. Under Jeff’s direction the project was successfully completed on time and in budget. We were extremely pleased with how the project went and with the end result.
