I attempted to see if my uncle could fix it but it looked like he wasn't sure, and I wasn't about to buy parts for a dryer not really knowing if that was the issue. I called R&G and Rodney offered to fix it or give me another one at a discounted price, which ever was cheapest. He came the same day and gave me another dryer similar to the one I had, but NEWER!!! Rodney was extremely professional. Throughout the delivery he made me laugh and made sure my new dryer was ready to go by attaching my dryer vent for me. I really appreciated the service.
