The parking lot don't even be nasty always clean !! This location coming like CHIK FIL A ! Another thing I noticed , unlike some restaurants you don't see employees here constantly taking trash out with food service gloves on in between making orders I hate to see that it grosses me out !!! “I'm currently relocating from several hours away and my home is closing faster than expected. I have spent the last week looking in Austin and the surrounding areas. I've looked at other Sun Communities and other mobile home communities not owned by Sun and can honestly say that out of everyone I've spoken to they have been both the most hospitable and knowledgeable out of everyone. San Marcos is a little further out than what I preferred but I would rather make the drive and live somewhere I felt comfortable then save a few dollars and be miserable.
