“I love the fact that the facility is well maintained. Access to my unit couldn't be any better with the help of elevators and hand trucks that are provided. The staff is always friendly with a hello or good morning. We have been renting our storage for over a year now and zero complaints. It is nice knowing that my belongings are safe and I don't worry about them at all with all the cameras that are available as well. I would recommend and have several times to friends about how nice the facility is.”

“I haven't been to the Gallatin Waffle House in several years. It was going down hill with horrible employees and the place was dirty with roaches. I was pleasantly surprised today on June 30th, 2022 that the Gallatin Waffle House has dramatically improved to 100%! Our Waffle House is clea, the employees are wonderful! The waitress, Charlotte was so wonderful and great! She took in consideration I am diabetic and everything was taken care of. My waffle was delicious! Everyone should go to the Gallatin Waffle House, I had a great experience!”
