Subaru of Gallatin

After my truck was totaled earlier this month, it was difficult to try to find a great deal on a new truck since every dealership has been low on stock because of the chip shortage. My good friend Jason, (JLea), who works at Subaru of Gallatin put in some hard work to help me find the truck that I wanted. After a couple weeks of looking, he found a truck at one of their sister lots in another state. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but he said I would get a good deal on it and he was right. The team at Subaru of Gallatin brought the truck up just for me to look at and test drive and gave me an offer I couldn’t walk away from. I can’t say thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to giving your customer a great deal!

I had been considering the purchase a 2021 Forester for some time. I went to another dealership but did not have a positive experience. My experience with Subaru of Gallatin was very different. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on hand but promised to find one for me. They originally told me that it might be up to a month before they could fill the order. Within a few days I was notified that my Forester would be delivered within two weeks. In actuality it arrived even sooner. Throughout the entire process, the sales representative and manager were helpful and forthcoming with all my questions. I received a through introduction to the car's operating features, and follow up inquiries were answered promptly. Overall this was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had.

Best car buying experience ever! Christian Crawford was awesome in keeping in touch with me and updating me on the car finding situation. When I went in to test drive and complete the purchase process, we went on a test drive and he reviewed the car and safety features with me. Gabriel Garcia handled the finance issues smoothly and quickly. I even spoke with Chris Hall the general manager to tell him how awesome his staff is. The dealership is the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting and doing business with...hand down. I highly recommend them.

Miracle was excellent with communication. We have two young kids and didn't want to spend as a lot of time at the dealership. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive. She assisted us with changing car seats out. She had snacks and cartoons ready for our children while we completed paperwork, which was efficient and quick. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating as well. There was an airbag light that came on while driving the vehicle home. Since we live about 1.5 hours from the dealership, we had to make an appointment to come back another day. The diagnostics took longer than expected and we were offered a loaner vehicle to take home so I could make it back to pick up my daughter from school. And to top it off, they met me at my work the next day to bring me my vehicle. They really took care of us and I have not regrets driving the distance to Gallatin. We are very satisfied with our experience and will be recommending them to our friends. We have never had such an amazing car-buy experience.
