I explained to her what my order was for and trusted they would appropriately create a beautiful arrangement to compliment the occasion, and I am beyond happy! “Black Tie Floral Design designed some wonderful arrangements for our daughter’s wedding. Alisa went above and beyond to create what I was describing and she did a magnificent job. The arrangements were far prettier than I could have ever imagined. Our daughter was delighted with the arrangements too! I most highly recommend Black Tie Floral. That's not the case with Kroger, Wal-Mart, and especially Food Lion. I'm looking very forward to the new Publix opening up near me. I plan to shop there much more.”
