  I cannot say enough about Goodlettsville Smiles! Dr. McClain and her staff are top notch!! They make you feel so comfortable. I have been going there for several years and had LOTS of work done. They take time to talk with you about options and treatment plans and make what most people fear or dread a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a great dentist and staff who care about their patients and provide excellence in care, this is the place!

  Well, can I just say thank you!! All the top dental searches that came up first in search for a dentist in Goodlettsville just dropped the ball. Either too busy or too far out to work in, some put you on hold, til you hung up, 10 min and waiting? Or don’t just answer phone or give you some goofy reply….needing a tooth extracted, infected, Goodlettsville Smiles not only answered the phone, they worked me in within 45 minutes…I was about to be in panic mode because the tooth is hurting bad enough I knew I couldn’t wait 2-3 weeks to get in or longer…the Ladies, front desk to the back and I’m very sorry I didn’t get names, were very kind, professional and got this process started, I knew I needed an antibiotic, not a tooth just pulled yet...after 2 days of calling one after the other, some just didn’t feel right, I didn’t even google reviews, that’s how desperate I was beginning to feel, when I gave GS a call..thankful beyond they went to bat for me, again very kind, very professional, wonderful atmosphere…thank you again!!!

  Thoroughly enjoyed my new patient appointment! Lucas did a great job educating me and making me feel comfortable while cleaning my teeth. Dr. McLain was very personable and fun. I will be recommending to friends and family!

  This is by far my favorite dentist office I’ve been to. Dr McClain is knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. She spends time being informative about the process. Her staff are all top notch too! Go check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it.

  Goodlettsville smiles was such a great visit they gave me several options for a lot of work I needed. Dr was amazing and their technology is so up to date. So glad I decided to take care of what I’ve put off. Nicole was amazing as well! I recommend and I have no dental insurance so I def recommend this place! Plus they do their X-rays and first examine free for new patients, tell them Jessica Bacon recommended you they are doing a fall draw!!! 😃
