  Very experienced and personable doctors and staff. Strict attention to pandemic restrictions is very much appreciated. State of the Art measurement equipment and 3D computer imagery of the components of the eye are accurate, easy for a layperson to understand and quite remarkable!

  The staff is warm and inviting. Our tech was helpful in answering questions my teen daughter had. The doctor is super nice and shows you all you need to know about your eyes. He explained in easy to understand lingo for both myself and the 14 yr old. This is my second exam with this office and I will continue to come here.

  Dr Lehman is very nice & explains everything well. My exam was quick, using up to date tech. All the staff were very nice. Best eye appointment I have had.

  The technician with whom I began was friendly and professional. She had great people skills. I appreciate Dr. Johnson's thoroughness and his explaining everything about the exam in an understandable manner. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

  Dr Lehman was wonderful! She explained everything in a way for me to understand.
  I was very impressed with the new technology and her ability to relay the importance of each one in determining the stage of my eye health.
  The ladies in reception and pre-testing were also very professional and friendly in their actions and service.
  *Also, Angela was amazing in helping choose just the right frame and type of lenses that would enhance my daily life. She went above and beyond in customer service.
  Overall your facility was everything an eye care specialist should be...And More!

Veronica Jones doesn't recommend Johnson i-Care at LensCrafters. 11 February at 14:47 ·. I had to wait over 30 mins just to pick up glasses! Not enough staff to handle a minimal amount of customers. Very poor customer service. But, I did note a few other employees sitting playing on their phone.
