(December 31, 2022, 12:44 pm)This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to the service was amazing and the people were so kind. If I’m ever back in Tennessee I will definitely be coming to the Starbucks again. The cashier Kayla went above and beyond doing her job and showed excellent customer service. There was a long line but we got our drinks within five minutes of ordering them they were very efficient.

BUT I WON'T GO BACK IF I HAVE TO GIVE THE DRIVE-THRU PERSON A TIP, FOR DOING A JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. I JUST WON'T USE MY CREDIT CARD. I tip all my servers really well when I am eating in a restaurant. DRIVE-THRU employees get paid well for the job they are doing. Servers don't get paid much, so tips are very important to them. Plus they are waiting and serving on me. Is Starbucks trying to make the customers pay for their pay raise?
I won't do that.
