(April 16, 2023, 11:20 pm)Xfinity / Comcast have ran full-tilt AI in an effort to get away from those pesky human-assistance-on-the-phone days. The new, improved Xfinity has made the phone experience so obnoxious & miserable until we happily run to their brick and mortar stores for help.
That's okay. The good news is we can see a human up close now, as long as we don't mind setting aside half our workday to do it.
At least the folks who work there are great, for the most part.
