The new, improved Xfinity has made the phone experience so obnoxious & miserable until we happily run to their brick and mortar stores for help. That's okay. The good news is we can see a human up close now, as long as we don't mind setting aside half our workday to do it. At least the folks who work there are great, for the most part. ***sigh***”

“I am going to give this another shot one day. We went with a group for a birthday party and it was super busy. It was chaos. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food but my chicken sandwhich was incredibly dry, great flavor but dry, fries were cold. My kids enjoyed their food very much. Our service was great even waiters and waitresses that were not ours helped out and i noticed that with a few times at other tables. They seemed to be good at helping each other. Bathroom was pretty rough ... Again they were busy but it was in need of maintenance. It had a good atmosphere.”

She was exceptionally patient and removed a lot of stress from the event. We found a necklace that was, in my opinion, perfect for what I was looking for. “Fantastic! Came in for specific shoes. We were greeted immediately and were assigned a fitter. He measured the foot digitally and went to check for the correct size. Brought back the shoe. Tried it on. Laced it up. Fit great. About 6 minutes had passed. Seriously. We checked out and were in the store probably a total of 10 minutes. 10 minutes when in another store it takes that long to find a human. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.”
