Paul did a great job setting up our rowing machine. He was very professional and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and how to maintain the machine and answered all of my questions.

Paul was everything you can ask for in a service visit. He was precisely on time, incredibly nice and just all around a joy to be around. He was very careful to not damage anything during our installation, going as far as offering to remove his shoes. After getting things set up he gave us a tutorial of the machine and answered all our questions he could. He didn't seem like he was just trying to rush away, he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with his service, which we certainly were.

Paul called when he was on his way and did a fantastic job of assembling our new elliptical. He is very knowledgeable and explained how to operate it. I would highly recommend using Paul for any of your fitness equipment needs.

Paul did an excellent job on doing our annual service to our treadmill. He went out of his way to find an appointment time convenient for us. He was very professional and we will be using them again for our annual service and/or any unexpected repairs that may be needed. We highly recommend.
