“One of the better experiences I have had with an eye doctor and glasses. nice folks, down to earth doctor, small selection of frames yes, but that is to be expected in a smaller office. if you SAVE $$ for frames for a year you can easily buy them even if they are more than what your insurance will pay. My total bill was $350 including exam, frames, non scratch, bi-focal lenses. Less than I have paid in the past, and certainly friendly people, good all around, would definitely recommend.”

“I've been attending this studio for 6 months. When I started Southern Barre, I was in a fitness rut. I hadn't worked out regularly in over two years. While a generally "active" and healthy person, my cardio fitness and strength levels were low, and I was intimidated to get back into it. I chose this studio based on reviews of the encouraging and positive atmosphere – those reviews are true! I felt very comfortable being a beginner here. Fast forward 6 months, and I now work out every day. I've been able to easily try other group fitness classes like reformer pilates and Orange Theory without feeling intimidated or left behind.
