“We were lucky enough to have stayed here "Down on the farm" in the "Dove Cottage" for four days with my brother and his wife. The cabin was perfect. It was clean, organized and stocked with the small essentials. One of the owners, Billy was so easy to work with. Communication was spot on. In the end, if you have the need for a large or small event such as a wedding, this place is set up beautifully. They have a large outdoor covered area for many, many people. The cottage is a very nice relaxing, quiet, clean, beautiful and a private place to stay. Well done Billy and Beth. Well done. Thank you Steve M and family”

“We are moving to Nashville from a different state. We found a property for rent online that they manage and were very interested. They worked with us to let a realtor we are working with come in and do a few videos of the property for us, and have been super accommodating to us moving in from out of state. Text and email communications have been very smooth and easy so far, getting the applications in and lease signed. They are even helping us with having a friend pick up the keys so we are ready to move in when we get into town early on a Sunday morning. Tammy has been who ive been in direct contact with so far and she is very sweet and helpful and has made everything very easy. Cant wait to get to our new home!”

Maintenance was always attentive when needed and if I had any issues, the office was quick to help in the best way possible. This place is a little haven from the big city but conveniently close to go out with friends and family to enjoy downtown Nashville. “This place deserves six stars!!!! We moved here and had to pick an apartment without seeing it or the area. The team at Hidden Creek were so helpful and when we arrived we knew we had made the best decision. I depended a lot on reviews so I wanted to contribute. Dogs are allowed. We don’t have one so I was a little worried about odor or noise. Not an issue at all. Some people don’t pick up after their pups but the team at Hidden Creek are on it and try to gently remind owners, which is so nice to see the effort. Smoking is also not allowed, and that is enforced. So appreciated!! Any issue we had (toilet seat loose or blind slat broken), it was taken care of promptly and they were very friendly and understanding. The apartments are so clean and carpet is immaculate. When we moved out it was seamless and they helped us ensure everything was great. A month later we got mail with our deposit back. What apartment does that without you asking or fighting for it? Well, Revere at Hidden Creek!! We did leave it as clean and in move-in condition as possible, we also did follow all of the rules regarding no holes in wall etc. so we did our part but didn’t ask for it back. I’m just so impressed. I actually miss living there. I believe they got a new manager, Kevin, he was great to work with. I highly recommend this apartment complex... keep up the good customer service, so amazing.”

Maintenance is beyond amazing (even for extremely minor things I've never had to wait more than a day), Lisa is great, and the home itself is nice too. I'll say that there are a couple of aspects of our home (our sliding door and the railing up the stairs) that are a bit dated, but that would really be my only negative. Overall, we are extremely happy here and plan to stay for a while.”
