“I love the fact that the facility is well maintained. Access to my unit couldn't be any better with the help of elevators and hand trucks that are provided. The staff is always friendly with a hello or good morning. We have been renting our storage for over a year now and zero complaints. It is nice knowing that my belongings are safe and I don't worry about them at all with all the cameras that are available as well. I would recommend and have several times to friends about how nice the facility is.”

“Stored our motorhome at Busforsale for a short period (couple of months at end of 2022). Figured while it was here we would have a couple of maintenance items looked at. Although I never met Sherri, she was able to arrange the storage for us. She also put us in contact with Chris Miller who would look after our service items. When we arrived back to pick up our coach everything went smoothly and all maintenance items were completed on time. We decided to spend a couple of nights at the RV Resort across the road and at this time while de-winterizing our coach we had some unforeseen issues (not related to the maintenance work). I immediately contacted Chris (several times) and he was more than helpful in resolving the problem and allowing us to hit the road with minimal delay. Big thanks to Chris and the rest of the team at Busforsale. I will not hesitate to recommend this business.”

“I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews... Its really easy work compared to the last 2 places I worked... And I managed to survive 8 months of Rick McIntosh's tyranny over at Depor Industries... Management is okay, the heaviest thing you lift here is like 18 pounds and it's not even that often, everything else is like 5-10 pounds. Someone in the reviews said that they got injured on day one in half a shift and got fired... Okay, 1. You obviously weren't being careful, this building is very small and 2. Of course they fired you... You expect them to keep you hired while you were careless and got an injury one your first day?”

“I rented a unit from this company after my father passed away at the beginning of the year, just to store his belongings until the weather warmed up for a yard sale. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and helpful through out the process. After having my yard sale, I was no longer in need of the unit, so after I swept the unit out and made sure it was empty. I called to cancel my rental agreement, again the gentalman I dealt with was very nice. A few weeks later, its the beginning of the month, and I notice a payment was taken out for the storage unit, when there shouldn't have been a payment seen I had cancelled a few weeks before. So, I contacted the company again, this time I dealt with a woman, she again was super nice and understanding. She reversed the transaction and apologized for the issue. I will for sure be using this company again, if I ever need a storage unit. I have nothing but nice things to say about it.”
