“My mother was here for rehab after back surgery and had a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and willing to help do whatever is necessary to help my mother feel comfortable during her recovery and through therapy. The negative review about communication I feel is a challenge no matter what secondary facility you are living in and not necessarily specific to this facility - that has not been our experience. All medications and directions from my mother's doctors have been ordered and they are given on time or as closely to on-time as possible. It did take a couple of days to get all of my mother's medications in their system, ordered, and given to her - again, I think this is a challenge at all care facilities. We (my mother and our entire family) have been more than pleased with the level of care my mother has received here.”

“Dale is as good as they come for fixing cars. Straightforward, no fancy advertising, no frills- just an honest man that knows his stuff and prices right. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here with ANY problem it had. He had my car in and out within a day, at a price that was beyond reasonable. Hard to find mechanics like this these days but I’m glad I did.”

“My mom's last few years were with Charter. And I can say we could not have asked for a more caring staff. In so many ways, they went above and beyond to care for her needs, especially in her final days. Several staff members came in during off hours to care for her. On top of this, as we prepared to say goodbye, there were staff coming in on on their days off to visit with her. If you are looking for a culture of caring, kindness, and unconditional love for a loved one--THIS is definitely the place.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this little out-of-the-way place. There was a large parking lot with ample handicap spots available. The lobby was spacious, plenty of room if there would be a wait. We were there around 1 pm with a large party of 20 adults, always a challenge when eating out together, and seated almost immediately. The service was simply excellent and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. They offer a full-size menu, (I mean HUGE!) something that most restaurants eliminated during Covid and didn't bring back. (If you say the menu is "typical," then you're just plain impossible to please and nothing ever makes you happy.) With that, there are lunch options until 3 p.m., and plenty of affordable menu options in addition to more complex dishes. The salsa runs on the hotter side which we absolutely loved. I ordered Pollo San Juan and it was, hands down, the BEST Mexican meal I've had in ages! It had the best combo of flavors and the cheese sauce was out of this world! Hubby ordered Texas Fajitas and he was equally pleased. If you're looking for some great, authentic Mexican food, this would certainly be worth the drive around Middle Tennessee. This place is over an hour from our home but we WILL be back!”

“I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the service I received here! I took in a pair of vintage shoes and some ankle boots for cleaning and repair. The boots were filthy and faded and the vintage pumps were caked in dirt and missing their heel caps. They came back looking NEW. Ruben was so thorough and so friendly. He got my shoes done in a week - even though I dropped them off a few days before Thanksgiving. Seriously, have I mentioned how amazing my shoes look now? I only wish I had taken before pictures so I could compare them to the after pictures. And it was only $25! Don’t throw out your old shoes to fill up a landfill. Save the earth. Repair your shoes! And take them to RRR Leather Works and Shoe Repair!”

“I’m I single Grandfather with custody of my two toddler Grandkids. The lady’s and the staff here are Brilliant at what they do, from the phone call to book our appointment to the in house visit, they were exceptional. My grandson needed a multiple of shots in which they explained to me verbally and with writing literature that made it easier for me at 50 to look over and understand. How they handle him was exceptional . They made them feel comfortable with coloring books and ice afterwards . As a grandpa I’m always very cautious and careful with there needs and care . But the lady’s here made our experience enjoyable and well worth coming back .Thank you lady’s from the bottom of my heart…”
