The staff here stand true to what made Starbucks famous, the friendly, attentive, personal customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. To be honest, Starbucks coffee is not my favorite coffee in the world (althought their nitro cold brew is perfect). But the staff here keep me coming back because they always provide a consistent product, whereas other Starbucks tend to vary. They know their customers by name and you're sure to laugh when Sam is at the register. Sabrina, Brandon, and Chloe especially provide top notch service. Too many great baristas to name! This location is always clean, well stocked, quick, and well trained.”

“This place deserves six stars!!!! We moved here and had to pick an apartment without seeing it or the area. The team at Hidden Creek were so helpful and when we arrived we knew we had made the best decision. I depended a lot on reviews so I wanted to contribute. Dogs are allowed. We don’t have one so I was a little worried about odor or noise. Not an issue at all. Some people don’t pick up after their pups but the team at Hidden Creek are on it and try to gently remind owners, which is so nice to see the effort. Smoking is also not allowed, and that is enforced. So appreciated!! Any issue we had (toilet seat loose or blind slat broken), it was taken care of promptly and they were very friendly and understanding. The apartments are so clean and carpet is immaculate. When we moved out it was seamless and they helped us ensure everything was great. A month later we got mail with our deposit back. What apartment does that without you asking or fighting for it? Well, Revere at Hidden Creek!! We did leave it as clean and in move-in condition as possible, we also did follow all of the rules regarding no holes in wall etc. so we did our part but didn’t ask for it back. I’m just so impressed. I actually miss living there. I believe they got a new manager, Kevin, he was great to work with. I highly recommend this apartment complex... keep up the good customer service, so amazing.”

We were able to pick it up same day. I regret I did not take a photo. We will call upon this store again. I just saw the review below this one, I had the exact opposite experience with BB. Well we had good service. We delivered the platter to our favorite restaurant, Tazikis, for the staff as a Christmas gift. :)”

We had our new roof installed within a few days of accepting the quote. The roofing crew was very quick, had the roof on within half a day, and did a great job of cleanup. The employees could be more talkative to the customers to create that bond but other than that, good job btw I had ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which was phenomenal”

“I had such a great experience here! I was dreading going to get my oil changed but I really had no reason to! Ian took great care of me and was so friendly! He really put me at ease, was very honest about everything, checked with me about pricing before performing any services, and told me exactly what he was checking when he was checking it! He even let me see my filter and taught me some new things about my car that I didn’t know! He never talked down to me and he didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need! I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change! I didn’t even have to get out of my car AND it only took like 10 minutes!”
