(March 2, 2020, 11:42 pm)I called Ms. Connie today after my husband locked the keys in the truck and spending 30 minutes on the phone with the state farm roadside assistance number with no progress. Ms. Connie was able to connect the call and stayed on the line until the roadside assistance finished the claim. She probably could tell I was irritated and she maintained her calm, pleasant attitude. Thank you Ms. Connie!! You're the reason we chose State Farm!
