I had an issue with my backup battery, and when I called to find out what to do to fix it, Mike brought a battery over within 20 minutes. This was at 8pm, well after their business hours. This kind of customer service is why I went with Security Solutions, Inc. in the first place. No nation wide security company will ever be able to have the kind of 24 hour service a local provider can provide.
