“I switched to Methodist Medical Group / Brighton Family Medicine based on the recommendations of several friends. They all knew how many problems I'd had with my last doctor (and his staff), so I was cautiously optimistic when I called them for my first appointment. I wanted to see the doctor first (vice a nurse practitioner) to establish a doctor-patient relationship at the new location, so I couldn't get in right away because I was a new patient. I didn't have a problem with that, but I remained cautious until I got there. Immediately upon walking to the front counter, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming "Hello"! As soon as I signed in, she gave me all the new patient paperwork to fill out and within minutes of me finishing, I was taken back to an exam room. The nurse was thorough in her questions and in recording my answers because when Dr. Cook came in, he had already reviewed my written responses and those I gave to the nurse. He was a consummate professional in every way. My husband hates going to the doctor, but he sees Dr. Craig and doesn't complain about going in for his regular appointments now because he is just as thorough!! The doctors, nurses and office staff are TOP NOTCH!! I highly recommend this practice to anyone who's looking for a new physician!”

I am quite sure there is much more to this story than she is telling and anything that happened probably was due to her actions. Chelsea is a nurse, not a front desk person and she is very good at her job, along Regina the nurse practitioner. They are very professional make a great team. This group has an excellent leader with Dr. Jackson and they provide excellent health care. They will likely be glad that Hailee and her family are moving on elsewhere.”
