The store was 15 min from close and the sub area was already cleaned. Chris could have said pound sand, but he made my sub no complaints. Didn't try to shortcut it, super courteous. “I was feeling antsy about the Mini that I purchased (used, as is from a used car lot.) It was a great deal, I think. But, the next oil change seemed a bit too far off for my experience with cars. I am always checking that oil, and when in doubt, I go ahead and get it changed. So I made the decision to take it to Mini of Nashville to have it checked out. It was definitely due for an oil change, so I trust what I saw when I checked it earlier this morning. They got me in there, same day. I realize there are not many people out and I wouldn't have been, but this was necessary. I just have to say, that was the best experience dealing with car stuff. They are honest and I trust what they say, of course. They helped me work out a plan to fix the things that need to be fixed, tires etc. And it is actually doable, even though I have limited income at the moment. So I'm pleased with my visit today. Worth every penny as they cleaned the car as well. I wouldn't take Mini anywhere else, now! Thanks!”

I have always been treated with such kindness and respect ( like I am a neighbor and friend- this kind of service seems to be out of the norm these days unfortunately) when filling our families prescriptions at this location. Small, modern setting, that purveys a premium variety of coffees in various formats. Go to the front entrance of the showroom and the receptionist will direct you. Craig Margolius is the owner operator and has an incredible philosophy of his coffee. Come for the coffee and stay for the conversation.”
