“I would normally not review a grocery store, and never a store out of town. In town in business, and stopped in for a sub after my conference. Publix subs are the best of you don't know. The store was 15 min from close and the sub area was already cleaned. Chris could have said pound sand, but he made my sub no complaints. Didn't try to shortcut it, super courteous. Props to Chris, Publix should promote you”

“Our time at Somerfield was not a trip we were expecting as a family. My mom was admitted after suffering a MASSIVE stroke. It was a miracle that she was alive. We (as a family) chose Somerfield because we knew mom needed to be in a facility that felt like Home. Wow, home is where we landed. I have never met a group of people who loved on mom and served mom like she was their own until we arrived at Somerfield. They allowed us (as a family) to be hands on during rehab and speech therapy so that when it came time for mom to go home we would be well educated and ready to help her in the healing process. They met us with grace, compassion and love (which was exactly what our souls needed) and for that I am very grateful. So if you are looking for a place to not only help your loved one during a difficult time but to love you and your entire family, well this is your place to go. I would encourage you to ask yourself what exactly are you looking for in a facility. For our family THIS was the place where God led us. THIS was the place that God used to not only bring healing to moms life but to our entire families hearts. A massive stoke is not something that one can plan on so when the unexpected happens your body, mind and soul gets exhausted really quick. Somerfield was a place of rest for us all and a place of great healing for my mom and for that I am thankful. “Second Otter Creek Unites Baptist Church is located on Kingstown road right near the Kentucky/Tennessee state line just a little ways from highway 27. I have never attended my regular church services here but I have been to a couple funerals that were held inside the church before burial in the Kingtown Cemetery that is located on the lot adjacent from the church. They have a nice shelter behind the church that they use for church events and family sometimes use for family reunions.”
