While I can repeat everything others have written about A&E Farm, which is absolutely gorgeous, I would like to say something about the host, Anita. Anita is a host who not only makes sure the house and property are everything you hope for, but she goes above and beyond to help her guests have the very best experience possible. She inquires about your interests, helps with planning activities and guides you to a successful stay. If you are in the Nashville/Franklin area and looking for a relaxing time or have a specific event in mind, you should include A&E Farm in your search - you will not regret it!

Amazing home for a company retreat, Was awestruck!

The only thing that would have made our trip and my daughter’s wedding at the farm any better was to stay longer! Anita was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, made us feel very comfortable leaving most details to her care, and very supportive on the day of the wedding. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the small wedding. It was so nice being able to have half of our guests stay with us in such a lovely home. Everyone was very comfortable and raved about the whole experience. The food for the event was excellent (this is the biggest regret…not staying an extra day to be able to enjoy all of the leftovers). The wedding cake was the best we had ever had. There really wasn’t anything that could have been done better. I would highly highly highly recommend AE Farm for a family getaway, a wedding or any other intimate event where you want a beautiful setting with a gracious host.

If you are looking for a first class place to stay that has a perfect location then this is your place. The minute you walk onto that beautiful porch, you are in paradise. Once inside the home, you are breathless because you don’t know if you want to stay outside or inside because both are so inviting.
Everything is impeccable. Anita is the most gracious host and goes out of her way to make any arrangements you may request.

My husband and I are so beyond thankful for A&E Farms, Antia, and her Team; they made every moment of our Wedding completely magically. I cannot think of a better wedding venue for our Wedding. I am an operations manager for one of the top mortgage companies in the nation, and Anita understood from day one that my time is precious, and I typically did not have a lot of time for the minor details. I knew the moment Anita would be the absolute perfect person to handle our special day is I was explaining to her that I consider myself a mortgage expert and the best transactions for my customers is when they step back and entrust my Team to handle one of the biggest purchases of their lives, I needed someone that they were the expert because I was ready to step back and allow them to do what they do best. She laughed and said she loved it and that she knew she could make it happen. She and her Team had everything down pack, I had to make a few decisions, and they didn't add extra pressure like other parts of the wedding planning process. They made me feel as stress-free about the process as possible, even when it proceeded to rain the whole time of our trip except the hour before and the hour of our ceremony. They already had plan A, plan B, and plan C ready to go to ensure our day was still magically.
