Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Franklin Berry Farms

Newer hotel. Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful about where to eat in the area. Extra underground parking was nice as it was raining and it made it so much nicer to unload. There are several hotels and businesses in that area that have been built in the last 5 years. Very pretty upscale area. Chick-fil-A is within walking distance.

Excellent place, management treats us like we are family, so kind, polite, respectful, and professional. We love the fact there is no bar serving alcohol, we don't drink, it's extremely family friendly here, nice and quiet. America is drowning in booze, its so refreshing to find a place where a family atmosphere still exists. It's not sketchy here at all, and the front desk workers call me sir, which is highly respectful, and greatly appreciated. No passive aggressive behavior from staff. Morale seems really high, skilled management is present here. Highly recommend this property!

Passing through on a trip and stayed on Thanksgiving, and after a long day on the road, we were so grateful for a wonderful stay here. Checking in and out was a breeze and the service was friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I loved the bed and pillows. The bathrooms are spacious and the complimentary bath products are great. I loved the bench, which was really helpful for things like opening up a suitcase and putting on shoes.

The TV is really nice, which was a nice perk for feeling “at home” on a holiday. We were super grateful for the fridge and microwave, which let us heat up some food and have a nice meal in the room. It’s conveniently located right on the freeway and a short drive from everything you need, including Nashville.

I highly recommend staying here! I’d be happy to stay again when I’m back in Nashville.

I was traveling through with family and decided to book 2 rooms based on reviews, they accommodated our request for connecting rooms without a problem. The front desk person was welcoming & let me know of everything that was available.

The rooms were clean and comfy with the exception of the carpet, unfortunately those were a little dirty and the kids feet got dirty. Bathrooms were nice and clean, shower pressure was great. One of the bathrooms had a sliding door that unfortunately had gaps, if you’re traveling with a significant other that would be fine, if you’re traveling with kids there will be no privacy. The free breakfast was amazing! It was a nice surprise and left everyone full for our long trip ahead. I would definitely book again!

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed!! Super clean, comfy bed, great staff! There were dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Great products and great way to reduce plastic bottles being discarded! The breakfast was delicious! Omelets, pancakes, sausage (links & patties), sausage gravy & biscuits, bagels, cereal, fruit and juices. Coffee was very good as well! When we are back in this area again we will definitely stay here 😃
