With Sondra as my agent, I ended up going with Erie insurance for my home, auto, and term life insurance. ( great bundle discounts ) Erie insurance only operates in a few states, and as such, they are able to manage their risk extremely well while providing great rates and great customer service through independent agents. The advantage of having an independent insurance agent like Sondra, is that they can shop your rates through a few different companies, and that is a good thing. Captive agents are the opposite of independent agents, whereas they only offer insurance from one company, and in a way that makes captive agents loyal to their ONE company and not their customers. Customer service has become part of a gone by era. Sondra is very professional, personable, and provides GREAT customer service!”
