First time visiting this restaurant food was good, service was good only reason 4 out of 5 I ordered a old fashioned and the glass was filled with ice to the top I ask could I get another one made with less ice in it when my drink came back the used same glass and it tasted water down. It's the only drank I get when I eat out so I've had a few. Picture of drank in photos the second time the brought it back look how light it is. But positive note the experience service and food was good
Love Sopapilla's. It's been one of my favorite Mexican spots since it opened over 12 or more years ago. Good menu selection, food is fresh, and everything has normally been prepared with lots of love. Unfortunately, I think like several small businesses affected by the current economic conditions they've had to raise their prices. Not sure of specific changes or when any of changes occurred but we're entering the beginning of June 2022 and I noticed my lunch bill was just as high as the dinner prices. If you've never been, definitely go check it out and support a local business. They even have a great patio area. Thumbs up!
I love this place. The food is a little spicy for some, but not "hot". Priced like the high end Mexican restaurant that it is. Nice service, Great food. I love it.
Food was excellent. Had the pick three tacos. Brisket, chicken, pork. Good temperature, very good complementary flavors. Excellent chips. Warm, crispy and very fresh and tasty salsa. Skinny margaritas salt. Great complement to the food. Service of the food was good, but had strange experience with the bartender. Arrived at 8:45pm, posted hours says closes at 10pm. Asked if I could sit at the bar. No one else was there. Hesitant reply. Said her boss asked her not to seat anyone else. I said, OK, I could leave. She said I'll have to check with my boss. I waited, but she continued working and not checking. I waited a few seconds, asked again, is it okay? She replied, Okay, how many? Just one. The service after that was fine and she was pleasant to me, but she complained to someone else there about the work. Talked openly to other employees about other employees that had quit. I suppose all of that had to do with the workload.
