Absolutely amazing customer service! They really go out of their way to make sure your storage needs are met. Tina is extremely polite and helpful. Pricing is very competitive and affordable.

I don’t know their names but the guy and girl that work this store are awesome. It was freezing cold and they were out cleaning and fixing things around the storage. I was helping my buddy and was simply asked about my day. No big deal casual small talk but taking a moment to slow down to acknowledge someone in freezing cold shows there’s more valued than $$$.

Great location, easy paperwork process, and Tina was a solution finder for my family when we needed storage. 10/10 recommend her and this location.

My mom and I had a great experience getting our rental set up! Kahliya M. was super helpful and kind! She provided so much helpful information and was so pleasant and easy to work with. The online reservation system was great too; the spot was saved but we were still able to see the unit before committing to renting it. Would definitely go back if I ever need another storage unit in the future!

So efficient but thorough. Didn’t know what I was expecting but relaxed and chill yet professional and personable was kinda a surprise. Tina was why we chose this location over another with a little better pricing because of her being well her. Real people & not those who run on scripts make the difference and this storage has real people.
