Lauren was a pleasure to work with and made the remote ordering process a breeze. I wanted to send flowers to my mother for her birthday, and Lauren created an arrangement that was unique and 100% what I envisioned. My mother LOVED them! Lauren kept in touch with me, sending me a photo of the arrangement and updated me on estimated delivery time and confirmation of delivery. Awesome communication! I live in Georgia, but was visiting my daughter who lives in Franklin, TN on my anniversary. I needed to have a quick delivery of flowers to be at my daughter’s when we arrived on the day of our anniversary. I called Ladd Park Floral Design after seeing they had a 5 star review rating. I talked to Lauren, the owner. After explaining the situation, she could not have been more helpful. She gave me lots of options and was very accommodating to my situation. She designed a beautiful arrangement and was able to deliver it a day earlier than needed to ensure it was there when we arrived at my daughter’s house. I could not recommend anyone more.
